Welcome to Quinte Children’s Treatment Centre (QCTC)
Since 1977, QCTC has supported children and youth through a wide range of rehabilitation services and programs. We work closely with families, schools, medical professionals, and community partners to encourage each child’s growth and development. Our goal is to help children and youth take part in everyday life at home, at school, and in their community.
Our services are funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS) and are free for families. We are a proud member of Empowered Kids Ontario (EKO) and collaborate with local community partners through the Children and Youth Planning Table-HPE.
Purpose
Every child, youth, and family is valued and supported to thrive, participate, and feel a sense of belonging in their community.

We partner with children and youth with developmental health needs and their families to pursue meaningful goals that support participation at home, school, and in their community.
We collaborate with families, schools, and community partners and offer information, advocacy, and support to promote inclusion, equity, and opportunities for all.
