Our Health Experience Partnership Program is dedicated to involving patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their voices drive safety and quality in healthcare. Through collaborative efforts with patients, caregivers, and our communities, we strive to implement improvements across the healthcare system, resulting in enhanced patient experiences, better outcomes and person-centred care.

Our Mission

The Health Experience Partnership Program aims to foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, families, and staff. We promote patient and family advocacy, meaningful involvement, and co-design of healthcare initiatives. Through empowerment and support, we enable patients and families to actively drive positive change in their healthcare services.

The Core Team

Our Health Experience Partnership Program is led by a dedicated core team comprised of individuals who have personal experiences as patients, family members, and caregivers—just like you. These Core Team members serve as a voice of our Health Experience Partners, ensuring that your perspectives and insights are heard and valued. The Core Team works collaboratively to foster meaningful partnerships and drive positive change in our healthcare services with support from and in collaboration with Quinte Health staff.
