Quinte Health Board regular meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the following months: September, November, January, March and June.
Meetings of the Quinte Health Board of Directors are open to the public. Anyone wishing to attend is asked to RSVP at least 24 hours in advance.

- November 25 – Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital
- January 27 – Virtual
- March 24 – Trenton Memorial Hospital
- June 23 (Meeting and Annual Meeting) – Belleville General Hospital

Recording devices, videotaping and photography are prohibited, except when an award or certificate is being presented. Media partners can request permission to record during meetings only for the purposes of supporting accuracy of reporting, not for broadcast of recordings made during meetings.
